Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera has been a fitness celebrity and Instagram superstar for many years. Ashley was born in the USA in August of 1994, under the signs of Leo. Ashley isn't very open about her parents, however she has credited her father as being the one who inspired her to work out. Her father was an avid bodybuilder as he lived in his 20s-30s. Ashley started swimming when she was four. In the following 10 years, she continued to take classes. It is thought that Ashley competed in various contests. But, she was not put in the time because she was not willing to stick strictly to the strict rules of diet so her body would perform its best. The attractive look of her and curvy physique made her popular during her high school years. However, it's not known the extent to which Ashley dated anyone at the period of time. Following her graduation, Ashley chose not to go on at college but to rather focus on her career of modeling fitness. Ashley was just 15 years old when she began to be unhappy about her physical appearance. When she was urged to get into the gym by her grandfather Ashley began to work out. But, she heeded the advice of her grandfather and began with a slow pace. Inspired by her success Ashley participated in at the 2014. WBFF Las Vegas World Championships and won seventh place she felt energized to accept what she thought was an undeserved defeat, and decided to train even harder. Ashley participated at this year's WBFF World Championships 2015 and was fifth. When this event was finished, Ashley opted to not compete again. While she was receiving invitations to shoot photos while competing, Ashley didn't want her two careers to be confused. Now that she was done competing, Ashley became fitness model. A cover shot in one of the biggest fitness magazines led her to a career as a fitness model. Since then, she has become a highly sought after model. She has been featured in many bikinis and clothes companies and has been published as the face of a renowned fitness magazine.
