Anushka Singh is a Bollywood actor. She is acclaimed for her acting as well as being among the most well-paid Bollywood actors. Anushka was selected by Wendell Rodricks as the final model for his Les Vamps Show, which was held at Lakme Fashion Week in 2017. Anushka's modelling career began at Lakme Fashion Week in 2017. Since then, she has been involved in numerous campaigns, which include campaigns for Fiat Palio & Fiat Whisper Nathella Jewelry. Anushka started giving auditions for film along with her modelling. Anushka Sharma made her film debut in 2008, with Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. She was in the film with Shah Rukh Khan. To prepare herself for the screen-test, Anushka Sharma took an entire day. Later on she was contracted for three films under Yash Raj Films banner. She played a role as an unwed bride and tied to a man of middle in age (the persona Shah Rukh Khan was portraying). The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. In 2010 Anushka Sharma was in the movie 'Badmash Company with Shahid Kapoor, Vir Das as well as Meiyang Chang. The film received mixed reviews. Anushka was also seen alongside Ranveer in the movie 'Band Baaja Baaraat', in which she played the role of a Punjabi middle-class girl who set up her own company. The movie received positive reviews and turned out to be a sleeper hit. The contract of Anushka's for three films with Yash Raj Films was completed by Band Baaja Baaraat.
